Pulino’s superlative service

Restaurant ueber-impresario Keith McNally is known for the meticulous attention he likes to pay to his patrons. All of his restaurants are always overflowing with workers, and sometimes that’s even reason for sneer remarks from certain critics. The fact never bothered me of course, and now I can attest, I totally appreciate and endorse it!

When I was at Pulino’s recently for my Sunday night pizza bianca, someone squirted red wine on my jacket, which was hanging on my chair. I didn’t even notice it until someone who works there approached me with profuse apologies and a letter from the manager guaranteeing to cover the dry cleaning costs for the damage. That’s what I call superb service. Not that I wasn’t before, but here it’s official: I’m faithfully thy happy customer for ever!
